I am a Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience in working in public health and in particular the Chronic Disease area.
With a Masters in Public Health (Chronic Disease Management) from Flinders University, I have worked across a vast number of service areas and systems. I am an expert in chronic care management systems and delivery models.
I am a passionate believer in consumer directed care and its ability to simply and easily improve health outcomes for even the most complex of clients. Put simply it has the capacity to change peoples lives.
I work with Aged and Chronic Care Services to provide mentorship and education to aged and chronic care workers.
If you want to improve the level of care your clients, family or loved ones receive get in touch. I offer a no obligation initial consultation to see just whether or not I can help you.
